Introduction to Water Bond
In November 2009, the California Legislature adopted significant changes to California water law in an attempt to ensure water delivery during drought conditions to the domestic and agriculture needs in the south portion of the state. This introductory article attempts to highlight the issues at play that have moved this legislation forward. It also introduces the November 2010 Water Bond that Californians will vote on in November 2010.
