According to a KMUD News interview with Matt St. John, Executive Officer for the California State North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board (NCRWQCB), the draft Order and Mitigated Negative Declaration requirements for Cannabis Farmers has been released for a 45 day public review and comment period. This comment period ends June 8. Click here to view or download the draft.
