According to a news release from the California Highway Patrol:

On August 14, 2011, at approximately 1:25 AM, Antonio Delgado-Arias, 37 of Eureka, was driving a 2005 Honda Pilot westbound on SR-200, west of SR-299, at a speed of approximately 45 MPH.  Delgado-Arias allegedly failed to maintain his vehicle in the westbound lane of SR-200.  His vehicle traveled onto the north shoulder of the roadway.  Delgado-Arias then reportedly over-corrected and crossed the west and eastbound lanes.  The vehicle traveled over the embankment on the south side of SR-200 and struck a tree.  Emergency personnel from the California Highway Patrol, Cal Fire and Arcata Ambulance responded to the scene.  Dawn Guyer, age 36 from McKinleyville, was a passenger in the vehicle and was transported to Mad River Community Hospital in Arcata and treated for her injuries.
Delgado-Arias was arrested for felony DUI and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Center.
