Armed robbery at Credit Union in Arcata - suspect at large Featured

According to a press release from the Arcata Police Deptartment, dated Dec. 7, 2012:

On 12-7-12 at 2:23 PM, the Arcata Police Department responded to the Northern Redwood Federal Credit Union (1270 Giuntoli Ln) on the report of an armed robbery. Upon the officers arrival, they learned that a white male adult in his mid to late 40's entered the credit union and approached a teller, brandished a black semi-auto handgun, and demanded money. The teller complied with orders and gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect then exited the business out the eastside doors. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket with a white fur collar, dark colored pants, white shoes and a grey shirt. He had on a black beanie cap and sunglasses. The suspect had a salt and pepper colored mustache and goatee.
